Gain work experience
Bridge Business College provides you with a wonderful opportunity to gain work experience while you study. A work experience program provides many advantages that a class room based program cannot. A study commissioned by the Department of Employment found that 1 in 3 students who completed unpaid work experience were later offered full time employment.
For school leavers a work experience program offers a low stress way to transition into the world of work. It also allows students to under- stand important new relationships with co-workers, supervisors and employers of all ages and backgrounds.
Be workplace ready
Internships are the perfect way to enhance your resume which in turn will help you secure that important job interview. Future employers will appreciate the experience you have gained and will also appreciate any references gained from your previous work experience employer.
- Develop your career skills
- Become familiar with a real workplace
- Increase your chance of job offer
- Grow your confidence
